Public Information Films - Titles, Please!

Watched a couple of these shorts the other night, and foolishly failed to note the titles. Both from the 1940s and neither appear to be in IMDb.
The first has Gene Lockhart as a ghostly doctor haunting his home town and commenting on a family's attitudes to matters of health and disease prevention - a bit on the smug and prissy side in tone...
The second was directed by Joseph Henabery for Warners in Technicolor and tells of a newly married woman who discovers she has diabetes after a street accident. The film examines some of the fears and prejudices commonly held about the condition, told by a doctor, who turns out to have it as well!
