So in this picture we have George O'Brien, John Ford, and another man, I don't know who he is. Can someone help me out please?

Thanks.

This does not appear to be Norman Kerry to my eyes. My guess is that this would be Malcolm Waite–his most famous role is in Chaplin's THE GOLD RUSH (1925).

Malcolm Waite sounds right. He and George O'Brien appeared together in Noah's Ark (1928), both in dual roles, and they both had worked for Ford. Waite in this photo is possibly in costume as "The Balkan" in Noah's Ark.

A still from the Biblical part of the film showing O'Brien as Japheth (3rd from left) and Waite as Shem (far right):

He's also the sea captain in WHY GIRLS LOVE SAILORS with Laurel and Hardy.

This photo was one of a series taken on the lawn outside of George O'Brien's dressing room at Fox.

I would date it from early 1925 when Waite was filming Tom Mix's THE LUCKY HORSESHOE, which was promoted with the line "A cowboy of the Wild West Romances in Old Spain". That certainly might explain Waite's get up. Soon after this he would appear in Ford's KENTUCKY PRIDE(1925).

Well, I'll be . . . I remember Malcolm Waite primarily as Eddie Cantor's rival for Clara Bow's affections in KID BOOTS (1926). Didn't recognize him in costume. Wasn't he in NOAH'S ARK, too?
