Here is a curiosity. Almost nobody in the United States have seen the TV pan regional commercials but many of them did see ads in magazines featuring this character because he was selling Camel cigarettes in 198. I don't really like cigarette commercials and I try to avoid them. But these ads are silly, spoiling Enio Morricone's famous theme for THE GOOD, THE BAD AND THE UGLY, and they were a source for countless of spoofs and parodies which were hilarious.

This is the only ad, so far, that is in its original form as it aired in Argentina. There are two more, in abridged versions from Spain, but with a slightly different use of music, and a more prominent announcer. But this video, until now, was only available in a horrible version that I tried to improve.

Here is the very first commercial of the series. A friend found a Portuguese version and I changed the soundtrack at the end reinstating the soundtrack from Argentina in order to reconstruct the version that I saw at the time:
