In 1969 McGann & Erickson introduced the pan regional commercials. This means an advert that can be filmed in one language and dubbed to different languages so it can be shown in different countries at the same time.

Here is that overrated and uninspired ad, but not in its English language version but the one used in all Spanish language countries. The commercial may have been shot in Enlgish but it was done in silence. The people featured are not necessarily from all over the world but actually from Italy, where it was filmed (in Italian?).



In 1986 McGann & Erickson produced an ad called General Assembly that was shown simultaneously all around the world in different versions according to the country. However, in Italy, instead they decided to do this remake, which is actually a big improvement:
