Well, strictly speaking they included one or two who passed in 2011 (Nicol Williamson for example) so Charles Durning, Jack Klugman and so on could be remembered in the 2013 video. It's a fabulous rememberance of so many people of great talent we lost this year. Well done TCM.

I am in agreement with DVDSavant that the 2012 TCM Remembers is subpar. Too much time is spent showing off the features of the deserted drive-in. I have a recording I made of TCM Remembers 1997. Now that TCM Remembers was an ace editing job, showing clips of the stars who passed away in 1997.

If you blink you will miss the decedent. I didn't time each shot but the people who put this together seem much more interested in showing off their fx skills than in paying tribute to the individuals.
