The Crystal Ball
The Doorman - Ben Turpin
At Your Service - Ben Turpin (rough soundtrack)
The Hired Hand - Charley Chase
The Poker Game - Billy Bevan
House For Rent - Ray Mckee and Mary Ann Jackson (so cute)
Courtin Time - Will Rogers
These are edited and retitled
versions of their source materials but they move
at a lively pace and (the less murky prints) have
decent image quality.

Good ol' Comedy Capers. Here's a Billy West comedy, LITTLE NELL (THE VILLIAN), co-starring Oliver Hardy as Nell, another funny one:

Re: Comedy Capers
That's actually James Parrott in "Hired Hand", not "Charlie"(misspelled) Chase. Jimmy had a series at Roach before Charley, and he was billed as "Paul Parrott, the Doodlewit of Comedy." They looked so much alike in the beginning that Jimmy's titles would be credited to Charley later on in film catalogs. Even William Everson used to get them confused.
