I seen in 1990s when it wear and tear on local PBS station look very bad indeed back in da day

Was this ever presented on TCM? Have forgotten source, but I've had a good copy--not PBS--for some tme.

Sure, it's played TCM many times, but it's usually listed by it's TV reissue title: FLIGHT COMMANDER.

So far I don't remember
I do remember in early 1990s and previous in mid 1980s when KLCS used show alots of old movies on Saturday night back in da day

Saw it in Bologna a year or two ago as part of a Hawks retrospective. I'll be buying....
I could use some digital restoration myself...

Great performance by James Finlayson who really gets to demonstrate his acting chops.

I don't see any notes about restoration or remastering.... Have they cleaned it up at all???

The Warner Archive website says the film has been newly remastered and the original title card restored. Their Facebook page adds that the sound has also been remastered, from the original Vitaphone discs.drednm wrote:I don't see any notes about restoration or remastering....
