Is that Jimmy Aubrey playing Relentless Rudolph in RUDOLPH'S REVENGE, a Hairbreadth Harry two-reel comedy from 1928?

Yep. He was one of the three who played Rudolph in the series, along with John J. "Jack " Richardson and Jack Cooper.
