The old Kodak building on Santa Monica Blvd. is being renovated and looking for a new tenant/owner.

Thanks for that - still hard to believe that Kodak isn't there.

On the same link, I see that Richard Neutra's Hee's house in the Palisades is up for sale.
Anyone want to lend me $4.35 million?
