SO THAT WAS THAT?
Are they still selling the disc? Since they apparently are, aren't they obliged to replace defective items with the corrected item? It's not like the corrected item doesn't exist. It was ALREADY MADE back in 2011. All they have to do is to MAIL IT OUT. Can't they even assist customers in such a basic way?
