World Cinema Paradise
Stuart Galbraith IV here,
I'd like to invite everyone here to visit a new website I've created called World Cinema Paradise.
It'll be a kind of annex for cinephiles looking for high-quality feature stories, interviews, cinema book excerpts, conversations, reviews and, yes, silent and early talkie film coverage concentrating particularly on classical, niche, and foreign titles by some of the most-esteemed cinema scholars and reviewers on the Internet.
Our growing list of writers include such luminaries as Glenn Erickson (DVD Savant), Criterion audio commentator Michael Jeck, former American Cinematheque programmer Dennis Bartok, television historian Stephen Bowie, Lee Marvin biographer Dwayne Epstein, silent film authority Anthony Balducci, Dennis Hopper biographer Peter L. Winkler, Feral House publisher Adam Parfrey, and sci-fi genre historian Bill Warren.
Anyway, we've gotten off to what I think is a pretty decent start, and hope you'll think so, too.
Let us know what you think!

Anthony Balducci talks about the history of Flying Cars of the Cinema, from the early silent era to today; I review Twilight Time's new Blu-ray of KHARTOUM and, in case you missed it, Criterion's reconstruction of IT'S A MAD MAD MAD MAD WORLD, too!
