At this 4th film fragment, some of the stars in this film that you might recognized them at their well-featured faces. Unfortunately, the film provided poor struck copy with weak focusing element throughout that I can't ID the written word billed on the wall in the B/G, either. But stars is no problem to track who they is. Try to ID them, as I can't remember him and some others.

Yes, looks like Joe E. Brown, and the is perhaps Snitz Edwards. They were both in "Sit Tight" (1931).

Yes, it are Joe E. Brown. There is also being Snitz Edwards and Paul Gregory (Waninis from WHOOPEE!) in this scenes. These still am from SIT TIGHT! which also starring is Winnie Lightner.
