I wonder if that could be Ted Jefferson to the right of Jess Wheldon on page 30?

So that others will know what you're referring to, here is the image from page 30 in "Monty Banks 1920-1924 Filmography," a cast and crew photo taken during production of Squirrel Food (Warner Bros.-Federated, 1921), and a close up insert of the person in question:

I think you are likely correct that it is Ted Jefferson.
