Chaplin in the warehouse district 100 years ago

Charlie filmed this scene from Work (1915) over 100 years ago in the old produce warehouse section of downtown. Thanks to the amazing clarity of the Essanay Blu-ray restoration from Flicker Alley, we can now see where he filmed, less than a mile from the Bradbury Mansion studio where he made the rest of the movie.

I'd congratulate you on your latest bit of amazing detective work, but I fear that's now a cliché .
