Pleased to announce that my article entitled "The Obscure Cinematic lore of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde: an updated silent era filmography" will be published in the next month or two in The Journal of Stevenson Studies. The Journal is published annually by the University of Stirling in Scotland. I'm happy that such a long article made the journal. It's about 15,000 words covering - if you can believe it - about 20 films (and that's without the Barrymore film which is not covered).
The article attacks the topic using primary sources and the slightest sprinkling of informed opinion; it tries to unravel the knot of false factoids and contradictory credits that have propagated through the years. In my own humble opinion, the piece also provides the definitive story behind Sheldon Lewis' three decades of playing Jekyll and Hyde on stage and in film.

Good to see! Congrats! I hope you add a codicile to your esteemed work as to how to pronounce "Jekyll". (It's "GEEkal" not "Jeckall" as I continually hear!)
