I went to a great event today at the Toronto International Film Festival. Tierry Fremaux, head of the Cannes film Festival, was here to provide live narration for the new documentary LUMIERE! which showcased about 100, 50 second, pristine restored films from the Lumiere brothers from 1896 - 1905. Monsieur Fremaux's entertaining & informative narration really provided a great background for the audience.
