I had though I'd seen all the good westerns-- but since so many of them were
made in the 1940's and 50's, there is always something new to surprise.
Neither SADDLE TRAMP, 1950, Universal, with Joel McCrea, nor A MAN ALONE, 1955, among the
last of the Republic's, with Ray Milland, is available on a commercial dvd release. Not sure why not.
Any fans of these films? Is there an ownership issue with dvd rights?
GRIT TV (antenna subchannel) is showing SADDLE TRAMP this week.
