Of well not for me. My payment was returned overnight and my volunteering to review the book ignored. Them's the breaks.

I am sorry for the refund. Unfortunately to ship my book overseas it will be in the $35 range.

The only way I can get around the high postage rate will be when the print runs I have run out. It will afterward be available world wide on Amazon.com.
