Buster Keaton docus

Now that "The Great Buster: A Celebration" is out on dvd to promote the Cohen media group
coming Buster Keaton blu rays, I wonder if "Buster Keaton: A Hard Act to Follow," will finally make its way
onto a region one dvd.

Does anyone have any information on this? Why it has never been available-- baffles me. It's a classic.

Has there been a "rights" issue, or is it the cost of remastering the clips?

Yes, it appears that it's the same sort of rights/licensing issues that have prevented Brownlow's Hollywood series from receiving a proper reissue. See this thread - viewtopic.php?t=22732. Because the Bogdanovich documentary was made in co-operation with Cohen Media, there were no such issues.
