What dvd is "The Picture Idol" (1912) on?

The EYE Institute has "The Picture Idol" (1912) on their YouTube channel.

I am sure that it is on a DVD somewhere in my collection but going through all the boxed sets here I can't find it. Google brings up nothing.

Anyone know?

I need to see if there is a difference between the two versions.

A sequence from The Picture Idol is in Lyrical Nitrate (1991), but not the whole film.
