Looser Than Loose -- Gone Again?

Hello,

Has anyone ordered from Looser Than Loose recently? Its site says "LOOSER THAN LOOSE HAS REOPENED FOR BUSINESS!!!", so on March 13 I ordered a DVD of The Animators. The purchase went through Paypal successfully, but that was the last I heard of the order. Today I tried emailing daveystevenson[at]looserthanloose[dot]com and info[at]looserthanloose[dot]com but both times my email was returned with the Failure Notice "This user doesn't have a looserthanloose[dot]com account."

I'm not sure what to do at this point. I know Dave Stevenson used to post on this board, but he was last active in 2012. I would rather not open a dispute with Paypal if there's still a responsibility of somehow contacting Mr. Stevenson and receiving the DVD. My apologies if this post is in the wrong sub-forum.

So my doctor is pretty sure I had Covid 19 in March. It was a month-long and severe respiratory infection that went deep into the lungs. The post-recovery test is not yet available for general use, but I will be taking it when it is.
