Star of the Sideshow (Thanhouser 1912): "The peasants regret that their only daughter is a midget."

The Wild Engine (1915 Kalem; this is chapter 26, that's right, 26, of the Helen Holmes serial The Hazards of Helen): "A car of dynamite is running wild and may run into the picnic train!"

The Great White Trail (Walton 1917; this ridiculous film is sort of the Plan 9 from Outer Space of silents):
"Fields of greater activity may help me forget my baby. I am going to Alaska." (Dr. Phil would approve.)

Terror (Fordys 1924; final film of Pearl White): "Hand over my father's invention and I'll keep quiet about your secret passageway to the sewers!"

I'm sorry but the 1925 Wizard Of Oz already has that title.
