A New Book from Tim

Many of you will recall that Tim Lussier, longtime webmaster of Silents are Golden, penned "Bare Knees" Flapper: The Life and Career of Virginia Lee Corbin two years ago. I'm glad to say that Bear Manor Media has just published his second opus, Silent Vignettes: Stars, Studios, and Stories from the Silent Movie Era. The book is nicely plump (320 pp), chock full of said vignettes, reasonably priced ($25.00), and is graced with a foreword by Lon Davis. It isn't, given that the book was published on July 31. The Amazon page currently says that the fastest anticipated delivery is Oct. 4-30.
