Perhaps not too familiar a name, his work as producer ranged from IT'S A WONDERFUL WORLD in 1956 to HEAVEN'S GATE twenty-four years later, and including a number of films with The Beatles and / or Richard Lester, including A HARD DAY'S NIGHT, HOW I WON THE WAR, PETULIA and ROBIN AND MARIAN.
