THE BOY FROM STALINGRAD (1943)--Some questions

I've never seen THE BOY FROM STALINGRAD, a 1943 Columbia programmer about a group of courageous Soviet youngsters who fight to the death against the Nazi invaders.
On the Radio.Info.com group, I recently posted the titles of several Screen Gems film packages (five in all, totalling 342 films) released to TV before the end of 1957. One of these packages, consisting of 104 Columbia features, was issued as HOLLYWOOD MOVIE PARADE. Among the films was BOY FROM STALINGRAD.
However, I can find no evidence that the film was actually ever shown on TV in the 1950s. Curiously, one Columbia "B", PAROLE RACKET, did pop up from time to time--though this title wasn't in any of the five packages I just mentioned.
A query: Can it be that SG got cold feet about issuing a pro-Russian film to television, replacing it with the innocuous PAROLE RACKET?
Also: If anyone out there has seen BOY FROM STALINGRAD, how does it measure up to other pro-Russian wartime films like MISSION TO MOSCOW, NORTH STAR, SONG OF RUSSIA and DAYS OF GLORY?
