As far as I know, the current copies of this film descend from a 35mm print with English titles, and the German titles (at least the set I have seen) are modern, although the texts are authentic, based on the censor cards.

If you go to the Pacific Film Archive's very useful Cinefiles website:
http://www.bampfa.berkeley.edu/search/cinefiles
and search on "Destiny", several clicks later, you'll find scans of the German intertitles.

This PFA project essentially is a digital version of their clipping files and vertical files, resulting from a major investment in scanning and permissions requests. The transcriptions of foreign language intertitles were acquired over time as PFA borrowed prints from overseas archives, and needed to prepare the English-language translations in advance.

hi, thanks, that was really helpfull. But i'm still looking for pictures of the actual intertitles (original german ones) wich will really be appreciated, and of course, will help to save me a great deal of time.

But thanks anyway, at least, i may be able to begin with something.
