I saw a restoration of Becky Sharp at the Castro
Theatre in San Francisco several years ago. At that time not all of the film was in full color since not all of the three-strip negative reels could be found at the time. I see where it is being shown again in Southern California sometime soon. Have they managed to find the complete negative by now?

A full restoration was done by UCLA Film Archives around 20 years ago.
The upcoming showing includes a presentation about color in movies given by Bob Gitt, who supervised the BECKY SHARP restoration.
Take a look at today's L.A. Times, which has an article about it.
