Nope, Barnes & Noble had both DVD and BD next to each other on the rack.

The new Blu-Ray version is region free according to this thread at a Garland message board-but I can't link directly to it. Here's a bit from it:
"My copy arrived here in Scotland today - have put it into my Blu-ray player, and watched a few scenes. Looks great - and the good news is that it is region-free and plays on UK region B machines!
The second disc in the set is a standard DVD and has all the extras - the only thing on the first Blu-ray DVD is the film itself."
and
"Hi Alice, yes all Blu Rays from Warner have so far been region free.
Look at cdwow.co.uk before ordering from amazon. (I know they are cheaper for us in Ireland as postage is free and can be a bit high from amazon, it's worth checking)"
Hope that helps.

Thanks - it's probably Region 1 though.
I really should invest in a multi region player.

Lamar said earlier in this thread that all the Warner blu-rays are region free.

As are their standard DVDs.
