This title is not included in FIAF Treasures as being held by a FIAF archive, and I've not come across any reference to a surviving copy elsewhere.

Ashefault Films or whatever their name was listed this film for a long time tho I could never get it from them. They finally stated the "owner" no longer made it available.... whatever that means.

My hunch is that it exists somewhere.
