The Great White Silence

The trailer is up on youtube for the BFI's latest restoration project; The Great White Silence, the Herbert Ponting film recording RF Scott's legendary 1910/13 polar expedition.

A travelogue? It's an expedition film, to the ends of the earth. Five men died. It's a bit more than James A. Fitzpatrick.
